Annabell, Lara and Maya are: ‘The Three’ – best friends who plan to build a magical hut, just for fun, to see what happens. But the goddess of the forest thwarts their plan and opens a gateway to a hidden world. 210 years earlier, the explorer Alexander von Humboldt had inadvertently transported an invisible people, the Tamanaken, from the Orinoco across the ocean to his castle in Berlin, where they had built their new world. Plans and destinies converge in the Humboldt Grove. The showdown takes place at the Great Festival of Rachmakud, where a world rises up that no one could have anticipated.

As torn apart and interwoven as our times

Whether the future as Friuli knows it in the year 3028 will actually come to pass lies entirely in the hands of the three girls, Annabell, Lara, and Maya, their seer Sven, and his dog Timmy. For the future is closely linked to the fate of Dorothea, who was wrongfully convicted in Berlin in 1728 in the last witch trial. Only if the three girls succeed in changing Dorothea's fate and averting her curse will the healing spring at Gesundbrunnen not dry up. On their journey through time into the future, they involuntarily end up at Berlin's Alexanderplatz on October 7, 1977, and get caught up in an overwhelmingly honest uprising of thousands of teenagers against the People's Police and the GDR state. ...

Fleeing through time, the three girls have landed in a megacity in the year 3028. It certainly makes sense, but what sense? Everything functions in an entirely different way. In this future, they meet Friuli, who decides to help them although he is not really sure who these three mysterious girls, their friend and his dog are. Together, they travel to Friedrichsfelde Castle. Friuli soon realizes that the three are on a mission that will also affect his own time. They are astounded to discover how closely the fates of Dorothea and a mysterious 'devil' are intertwined with the past, the present and the future.

The world is turned upside down when an entire large building disappears without a trace overnight. It was the school building of three girls: Annabell, Lara, and Maya. What no one knew at the time was that, to escape its fate, the sensitive school building had decided to transform itself into a human being, a young woman. She takes her first steps in her new body into a new mobile life. Unable to believe what this new body demanded of her, she fell into a disastrous spiral. The three girls, their seer Sven, and his dog Timmy must find the woman at all costs to end the further chaos her disappearance has caused.
read more ...» But the search for their school building takes the girls on an even greater adventure. It will exceed their imaginations and expectations by a cosmic dimension. Like in a labyrinth, new tasks, conditions, and rules unfold again and again, which they must learn, endure, and master. As Ba birds, they will rediscover the world for themselves – as birds see it. This helps them to track down the magnetic field lines. These are clever, capricious, and tricky forces of nature that want to do good, but also play their own game and skillfully entangle the three girls in it.

When they get stuck, it helps to turn their own helplessness into the curiosity of others. The three girls had to learn this the hard way before they tried it themselves.
